Vidikovac Residence: New high quality apartments in Pula

Pula will soon be richer for a new residential area because the construction of a new residential area called Vidikovac Residence is planned in Vidikovac. It is expected that the complex, which will be located on an elevated part of Nova Veruda, in Rizzijeva Street, will offer citizens 38 condos by the beginning of 2023 (www.vidikovac-residence.hr).

Vidikovac Residence is a carefully designed project that in its entirety forms a harmonious urban family settlement. The new mini housing estate will consist of 10 housing units that are divided into two housing estates. The design took into account the view of the settlement and urban morphology, but at the same time the emphasis is on new standards in architecture, performance, materials and equipment, all for the purpose of a more modern and comfortable way of life. The whole settlement will have a total of 38 spacious, bright and modern apartments, with large terraces and functional storage rooms.

Their spatial disposition in the field enables each building of the newly designed series optimal sunshine throughout the year and protection from excessive sun exposure in the summer months, enough intimacy and greenery. According to the typology, these are small buildings conceptually arranged in a harmonious whole.
